Week 1: Kickoff & Access
Initial Call (30-45 minutes)
We get on a call to discuss:

- Service areas and target customers
- Current marketing (what's working, what's not)
- Goals for the next 6 months
- Biggest challenges right now
Access Setup
I'll need access to:
- Your website (if you have one)
- Google Business Profile
- Google Analytics (or I'll set it up)
- Any existing ad accounts
Don't worry - I'll walk you through this. Takes about 15 minutes.
Initial Audit
I'll do a complete audit of your current online presence and identify quick wins plus long-term opportunities.
Week 2-4: Strategy & Implementation
Custom Strategy Delivery
You'll get a document that outlines:
- What we're going to do and why
- Timeline and priorities
- Expected outcomes
- What I need from you (if anything)
No jargon. Plain English. If you don't understand something, ask.
Initial Work Begins
Depending on your package, this might include:
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Website technical fixes
- Local citation building
- Google Ads campaign setup
- Content optimization
First Check-In Call
Around week 3-4, we'll have another call to review progress and answer any questions.
Ongoing: Optimization & Reporting
Monthly Reports
Every month you'll get a report showing:
- Website traffic and where it's coming from
- Google rankings for key searches
- Leads captured through forms/calls
- Google Business Profile stats
- Ad performance (if running ads)
- What we did this month
- What we're doing next month
Monthly Strategy Calls
Strategy tier: Monthly calls to review performance and adjust strategy
Coaching tier: Weekly calls for implementation help and accountability
Continuous Optimization
Marketing isn't "set it and forget it." I'm constantly:
- Monitoring rankings and making adjustments
- Testing different ad copy and keywords
- Adding new content
- Responding to algorithm changes
- Looking for new opportunities
How Communication Works
Primary communication method. I respond within 24 hours (usually same day).
Phone/Video Calls
Scheduled calls for strategy reviews. Can also do quick calls if something urgent comes up.
Response Time
Most emails answered within 2-3 hours during business hours. Emergencies get immediate attention.
Availability
Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm CST. Weekend emergencies OK (site down, etc).
