How long until I see results?

Depends on the service:

  • Google Ads: Immediately. Once campaigns are live, you start getting clicks and calls within days.
  • Local SEO: 60-90 days for noticeable improvement. 6 months for consistent top rankings.
  • Google Business Profile: 30-60 days to see more views and calls.

Anyone promising overnight SEO results is lying. But you should see measurable progress within the first 2-3 months.

What if I've been burned by agencies before?

I get it. You're not alone.

Here's why most agencies fail service businesses:

  • They lock you into 6-12 month contracts
  • You never talk to the actual person doing the work
  • Reports are full of metrics that don't matter (impressions, clicks) instead of what does (calls, jobs, revenue)
  • They treat every business the same - cookie cutter strategies

That's not how I work. Month-to-month service. You talk directly to me. Reports focus on what matters - are you getting more customers or not?

Do I need a new website?

Maybe. Maybe not.

If your current site is:

  • Mobile-friendly
  • Loads quickly
  • Has clear calls to action
  • Easy to contact you

Then we can probably work with what you have. I'll recommend improvements, but you don't necessarily need to start from scratch.

If your site was built in 2010 and looks terrible on phones? Yeah, you probably need a new one.

How much should I budget for marketing?

General rule: 5-10% of your revenue.

But here's what's realistic for DFW service businesses:

  • Starting out: $500-1,000/month (focus on local SEO and Google Business Profile)
  • Growing: $1,500-3,000/month (add Google Ads or more aggressive SEO)
  • Established: $3,000+ (full marketing stack, multiple service areas)

Remember: if you're spending $2,000/month on marketing and getting $10,000 in new jobs, that's a good deal. Marketing should make you money, not just cost money.

What do you need from me to get started?

Not much:

  • Access to your website (if you have one)
  • Access to Google Business Profile (or we'll set it up)
  • 30 minutes for a discovery call
  • Some photos of your work
  • Willingness to respond to leads when they come in

I handle the heavy lifting. You just need to do what you do best - run jobs and take care of customers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes.

All services are month-to-month. No long-term contracts. Give me 30 days notice and you're out.

I believe in earning your business every month. If I'm not delivering results, you shouldn't be stuck paying me.

Do you work with businesses outside DFW?

I can, but I'm most effective with DFW service businesses.

I know this market. I know which areas are competitive. I know the local search landscape. That local knowledge makes a difference.
